Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I seeing blocked requests?

If your website uses a firewall, WAF (Web Application Firewall), or rate limiting, it may block our monitoring requests. Adding our IPs to your allowlist ensures uninterrupted monitoring.

Do these IPs ever change?

These are static egress IPs that we pay for specifically to ensure they never change. If we ever need to add new IPs (e.g., when adding new regions), we'll notify you in advance via email.

Which regions should I whitelist?

You should whitelist all IPs listed on this page. Even if you've selected specific regions for your monitor, we recommend whitelisting all IPs to ensure consistent monitoring if you add regions later.

Do I need to whitelist both IPv4 and IPv6?

We primarily use IPv4 for monitoring, but if your server supports IPv6, we recommend whitelisting both to ensure full coverage.
